1 gallon of water
3/4 cup salt
2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cooking wine
1 T. garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 raw onion, chopped
6 lbs chicken legs
Put all ingredients into a large pot. Stir. Let the ingredients sit in the refrigerator for about 6-8 hours.
Grill chicken until skin is browned.
